What kind of work will I be doing?

Our sales representatives meet virtually with potential customers, show CUTCO and help those customers find the perfect set of knives that fits their needs.
What would I be doing everyday?

How do I get appointments?

To begin, our sales reps show CUTCO to people they know. In training, we teach individuals how to ask people for referrals or leads to other people who might be interested in taking a look at CUTCO.
What will my schedule look like?

Your schedule is up to you. Representatives on our team set their own appointments based on their availability week-by-week.
How am I paid?

Our reps earn a $17 base pay per appointment. We also offer a commission structure. The base pay is just to make sure our reps are compensated for the appointment regardless of customer sales. We pay our reps weekly so they can quickly see the results of their hard work!
Do I need experience?

No experience necessary. We provide all the training you need to succeed as a sales representative. The initial training seminar is a two day program led by experienced Tennessee Division professionals. We also offer ongoing training sessions and conferences, so the learning never ends.
What does it take to be a successful sales representative?

Successful reps are committed, upbeat, and communicate with their local office. Communication is important because our offices are filled with supportive, fun, and experienced people who want to help you excel and succeed.
How do I qualify for a scholarship?

Vector awards $150,000 worth of scholarships to students each year. To qualify, you must be a full-time college student and be among the best performers on the sales team.

No problem. The best thing you can do is interview and meet with a manager. This gives the opportunity to meet with one of our team members and get all of your questions answered. You can do this by filling out an application and an office member will schedule a time to meet with you.
